All buildings, including McAnelly Hall and Salt Grass Trail Building are rented separately.

West Side (per day) $2,000.00* + $375.00 setup/cleanup fee minimum

Salt Grass Trail Building and Gazebo (per day) $1,300.00* + $375.00 setup/cleanup fee
A $500.00 deposit is due at the time of booking.
Your contract will be mailed when the deposit is received.
Full payment is required two weeks prior to your event.
Choose from one of our preferred caterers or
bring your own catering.
Beer and wine must be purchased from Houston Farm & Ranch Club.
Outside liquor may be brought in
Multiple days in succession are negotiable
Rental fee for Parking Lot, Field(s) determined by use
501 (c) 3 Charities - 25% discount based on space availability
*All rates are plus 10% to pay for pass-thru fees charged by Harris County
